Calmorg Insure (“we”, “us”) is a marketing and comparison website operated by Calmorg Insure LLC, located at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We connect consumers with third-party licensed insurance providers. We are not an insurance company, agency, or broker.

We disclose personal information to:

• Marketing partners: licensed insurance providers and the marketing networks that work with them, when you ask to be matched or click through to a partner. Because we receive compensation for these referrals, some disclosures may qualify as a “sale” of personal information under state privacy laws.
• Advertising platforms: data collected by advertising cookies and pixels may be “shared” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Service providers: hosting, analytics, security, and similar vendors acting on our behalf under contract.
• Legal and safety: where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Important: once you click through to a third-party provider’s website, the information you give them is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy, not this one.

We use first-party cookies necessary for the site to function (including remembering your privacy opt-out choice) and may use advertising cookies and pixels from platforms such as Meta to measure campaigns and build advertising audiences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of sale/sharing on our opt-out page, or use the GPC signal. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works.

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:

• Know / access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories collected, sources, purposes, and the categories of third parties it was disclosed to.
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Non-discrimination: we will never deny you the service, charge you, or degrade your experience for exercising a privacy right.

Categories of personal information collected: identifiers (such as IP address and, where you provide them, name and email), internet/network activity, approximate geolocation, and characteristics you volunteer in comparison questions (such as homeownership status). We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA, and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Email privacy@calmorg.com with your request and the state you live in, or use the opt-out page for sale/sharing opt-outs. We will confirm receipt, may need to verify your identity (or an authorized agent’s authority), and will respond within the time required by your state’s law (generally 45 days, extendable once where permitted). When we process an opt-out request, we will provide confirmation that it has been completed. If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal where state law provides an appeal right.

Global Privacy Control

We treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes — then we delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This site is intended for adults in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@calmorg.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
